USA LAUNCHES NEW SPANISH
LANGUAGE TELEVISION AD: "Disappear"
If It Were Up To Donald Trump,
Most Hispanic Americans Would Simply
Disappear From This Country
Ad Is Part Of Multi-Million
Dollar Buy In Nevada & Colorado,
Running In Partnership With Latino Victory Project
Priorities USA is releasing a new Spanish
language television ad today called "Disappear" because
if
it
were up to Donald Trump, most Hispanic Americans would simply
disappear from this country. That’s why Donald Trump touts a dangerous
and mean-spirited plan to use a “deportation force” that would break
apart families across the country and deport millions, including
DREAMER’s. It’s why Donald Trump wants Hispanic Americans to only speak
English, and why they’re regularly targets of offensive and divisive
vitriol from the GOP nominee.
Donald Trump’s ideal America appears to be full of people who
look,
sound, and act like him. But that’s not the America we live in, and
it’s not what this country is all about.
"Disappear"
will run in Colorado and Nevada with the Nevada portion of the buy
running partnership with The Latino Victory Project.
“It’s no secret that Donald Trump would rather most Hispanic Americans simply disappear from this country, and that’s why he touts a deportation force to break apart families and kick millions of Hispanic Americans out of the country, and repeatedly advocates for English only to be spoken amongst the nation’s Hispanics. It seems that Donald Trump’s ideal America is relegated to people who look, sound, and act like him, but that’s not the nation we live in and it’s not what America’s all about,” said Justin Barasky, Communications Director at Priorities USA. “Donald Trump’s divisive and dangerous rhetoric targeting Hispanic Americans is a distressing hallmark of his campaign and it’s important to get out and vote to ensure a man this unfit never becomes President of the United States.”
