Keith Nahigian: Hi, I'm Keith Nahigian, the campaign manager for Michele Bachmann, and I just wanted to take a few minutes of your time today to talk to you about Michele's path to victory and how it starts in Iowa and we move on from there.

Michele grew up in Waterloo, Iowa and is the only Republican candidate with Iowa roots.  She is a proven leader within the Tea Party and has already garnered substantial endorsements from Iowa conservatives, prominent evangelical pastors and Tea Party activists. 

Her appeal to the evangelicals and social conservatives makes her the candidate best situated to consolidate and dominate what David Brody of Christian Broadcast Network called the "Teavangelical" vote.  Evangelicals, fiscal conservatives and Tea Party activists are all coming together to dominate the GOP electorate, and Michele Bachmann is well poised to capture those critical voting blocs.

Why is Michele Bachmann different than any other person running this year? 

Because when Michele Bachmann goes to Iowa, she's not visiting; she's going home. 

There's going to be 99 county chairs.  No other candidate has done this.  She's going to use those 99 chairs to put together thousands of precinct captains.

She also has organized over a hundred pastors and lay endorsements before the Straw Poll, and since then she's layered on dozens of additional pastors.  They have looked at the whole menu of options, and now they're all coming home.  We are picking up support on the ground that is lifting us daily towards victory.

So, Iowa matters because in order to change the direction of the country, we need to make sure we're electing someone who is on the right side of all these issues and can recover going in the next year.

Here is why you should vote for Michele Bachmann.

She is the only candidate who has national security experience right out of the gate.

She is the only candidate who knows how to cut spending immediately and has a track record of fighting against the Washington establishment nonstop.  She doesn't waver.  She doesn't have flip-flops on where she stands on social issues.  She's rock solid. 

And she is one of the founding members of the Tea Party Caucus.  This is the first presidential election that the identity of the Tea Party movement will have a vote for president.  There is no better person for the Tea Party movement to get around than the person who was one of the founding members of that Tea Party caucus.

She will be a Reagan conservative.  What did Ronald Reagan do?  He went right to the people.  She's going to come to Washington and fight and she has the ability to connect and go back and directly talk to the public and get their voices heard in Washington to change how things are done. 

She is the only non-establishment candidate left and she will come in and shred the Obama administration's agenda that has hurt this country more than any other president.

Winning in Iowa is very critical on launching her path to victory.  A win in Iowa propels her to the other sister state, South Carolina, and our foundation that we've laid in South Carolina makes her unlike any other Iowa winner in the past.  A win in Iowa will propel her to a win in South Carolina.  A win in South Carolina will propel her to be basically one-on-one with one other candidate going to Florida.  There's going to be a conservative candidate and a non-conservative candidate, and she will be the conservative candidate.

South Carolina is important because its the first of the South.  When you look at South Carolina, Michele Bachmann matches up perfectly.

If you want to get involved, if you want to help us, you realize Iowa's the center of the world in terms of changing the course of history, please come to Iowa.  We could use your help.  Call or email our Iowa office if you'd like to help.  So we directly need as much support as you can give us.  Michele Bachmann has an army of small donors.  Any donation would matter, but this is when it all matters.  We need your help now, today.  Anything you can give.  $25, $50, $100.  Every single dime you give today will help propel her to a victory on January 3rd, and a victory on January 3rd will propel our country onto a whole and completely different path.  I want to thank everybody for listening today.  The people watching this video today have the ability to make and difference and helping these next few weeks there's nothing too small, nothing too big but this is a call to action that we need your help today and we're going to make the biggest difference in the next few weeks that'll propel Michele Bachmann to be the nominee.
