Jon Huntsman for President

"Mittstant Replay" +
  2:07 web video from Dec. 1, 2011.

FOX News Bret Baier: Your critics charge that you make decisions based on political expediency and not core conviction.  You have been on the both sides of some issues and there's video tape of you going back years speaking about different issuesxxclimate change, abortion, immigration, gay rights.  How can voters trust what they hear from you today is what you will believe if you win the White House?
Romney
: Well Bret your list is just not accurate, so, one, we're going to have to be better informed about my views on issues.

    TEXT: Mittstant Replay.  [Rewind SFX]

Baier: ...different issues, climate change...

Romney: ...but I believe based on what I read that the world is getting warmer, and number two I believe that humans contribute to that.
Romney: ...that we don't know what's causing climate change on this planet.

Baier: ...abortion...

Romney: I believe that abortion should be safe and legal in this country.
Romney
: ...that I have consistently been pro-life.

Baier: ...immigration...

Romney: The 12 million or so that are here legally should be able to sign up for permanent residency or citizenship...
Romney: We're not going to have an amnesty system that says that people who come here illegally get to stay for the rest of their life in this country legally.

    TEXT: Mittstant Replay.  [Rewind SFX]

Romney: ...not say...
Baier
: You did say on camera and other places that at times you thought it would be a model for the nation.

    TEXT: Mittstant Replay.  [Rewind SFX]

Baier: ...at times you thought it would be a model for the nation.

John King: Is the Massachusetts approach that was passed under Governor Romney, is that a good model for the nation?
Romney:
Well I think so.
Romney (On NBC News' Meet the Press)
: ...that those that followed the path that we pursued will find it's the best path, and will end up with a nation that's taken a mandate approach.

    TEXT: Mittstant Replay.  [Rewind SFX]

Romney: This is an unusual interview (laughter).  All right, let's do it again.

[Rewind SFX]

Baier: He said he thought it was overly aggressive.
O'Reilly
: He did?  He said that to you; he thought it was overly aggressive?
Baier: He did.
O'Reilly
: Wow.
Baier
: ...as we were walking in the walk and talk, and then after we finished he went to his holding room and then came back and said he didn't like the interview and thought it was uncalled for.

Notes: Yet another Romney attack, somewhat creative and effective.
