Fred Karger for President

"Let's Make History" +
0:30 ad run starting Feb. 23, 2012 in MI.
Produced and directed by Bill Kubota and Scott Kemp of KDN Videoworks in Madison Heights, MI.

[Music] Male Announcer(?Karger): Four years ago Barack Obama made history.  Now you can help make history again.

Karger: I'm Fred Karger.  I'm the first openly gay candidate to run for President of the United States.

I have the best jobs plan, I'm pro-choice, support gay marriage, and I want our troops out of Afghanistan now.

Sound like a Democrat?  I'm not.  I'm more like the Republican Party I grew up with.

Go ahead and vote for President Obama in November, but right now help make history.  Vote for Fred Karger for President on Tuesday.

Karger (voiceover): I'm Fred Karger and I approve this message.

Notes:  According to the Karger campaign press release this ad marks "an unprecedented move to win over Democrats and Independents."  The key line, “Go ahead and vote for President Obama in November, but right now help make history,” seems unlikely to win favor among Republicans.
