That's President Obama's plan, but Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan have a very different plan, one that will cost jobs and take us backwards.  Romney would cut President Obama's investments in clean energy while giving millionaires another huge tax cut.  And in Congress, Ryan voted to raise taxes on solar and wind companies, against tax credits to create jobs in Colorado.

Clean energy's powering up the Colorado economy.  Don't let Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan shut it down.
