[Music] Obama: I'm Barack Obama and I approve this message.

Romney: There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what ... who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it ... And they will vote for this president no matter what ... And so my job is is not to worry about those people. I'll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives.

Notes: The Romney "47%" video (+) was damaging enough; in this ad viewers hear the audio but the footage is replaced with faces of Americans.  This emphasizes the point that Romney could be talking about anyone; particularly harsh is the frame showing the words "Believe they are entitled" over the photo of the two veterans.
