Campaign Manager  Carlos Sierra

(started July 11, 2011)  Sierra came to the campaign from his position as community outreach liaison for Sen. John McCain.  He has worked for McCain since his University days, including on all of McCain’s national and statewide campaigns over the last eleven years.  In the 2007-08 presidential campaign, Sierra assisted in Arizona, Iowa, South Carolina and Texas during the primaries, and was the Southwest coalitions director for McCain-Palin.  He has also been involved with many other campaigns in Arizona.  B.A. in political science from University of Arizona, 2004.

Director of Scheduling and Advance  William Pierce III

(July 2011)  Active in the Moderate Party in Rhode Island; was candidate for state representative in 2010, and served as field director for the Moderate Party and earlier as field director on the Ken Block for Governor campaign.  In the 2008 cycle, Pierce did advance work for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign and then for Steve Pagliuca's U.S. Senate campaign.  Sergeant in the Army Reserves; attended Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire, and earned his undergraduate degree from UMASS in Boston.  From Rhode Island (grew up in Warwick).

State Director  Chris Buck

(announced Oct. 25, 2011)  Buck recently served as NH campaign director of Thaddeus McCotter's campaign (from July 12 to the end of that effort).  He is chair of the Dover Republican Committee, and announced June 30, 2011 he is running for Mayor.  Buck is a Dover attorney focusing on family and business law and an entrepreneur (president of Legal News Services, LLC, and founder of Docketz.com and VoteCrier.com).  Candidate for State House in 2010.  Senior marketing analyst for Compressor Energy Solutions.  J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 2008, and B.A. in philosophy from Northeastern University in 2003.
