>Rep. Ron Paul visited Iowa on January 2-3, 2012
On January 2 he did a day-long "whistle stop tour" with son Sen. Rand Paul.
(Rand Paul appeared solo on WHO Radio); they rallied at the Des Moines Marriott Downtown in Des Moines; the SteepleGate Inn in Davenport; the Hotel at Kirkwood Center in Cedar Rapids; Park Place (PIPAC) Event Centre in Cedar Falls; and Prime N Wine in Mason City. 
On January 3 he spoke at Rock the Caucus at Valley High School gymnasium in West Des Moines; and spoke at his caucus night event at the Courtyard Des Moines Ankeny.

>Rep. Ron Paul visited Iowa on December 28-30, 2011
On December 28 he held a town hall meeting at the Iowa Speedway Media Center in Newton; visited GuideOne Insurance in West Des Moines; and held a Salute to Veterans rally at the Iowa State Fairgrounds, Knapp Learning Center in Des Moines. 
On December 29 he did a live in-studio interview with Jan Mickelson at WHO Radio in Des Moines; a town hall meeting at Hotel Pattee in Perry; a town hall meeting at the Cass County Community Center at Cass County Fairgrounds in Atlantic; and a town hall meeting at Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs. 
On December 30 he held a town hall meeting at Le Mars Convention Center in Le Mars; a town hall meeting at Sioux Center Public Library in Sioux Center; and a town hall meeting at River's Bend Convention Center/Stoney Creek Inn in Sioux City.

On December 8 he did an employee town hall meeting at Principal Financial Group; an interview at WOI-TV (ABC 5) in West Des Moines; a town hall meeting at Boone Public Library in Boone; and a "Countdown to the Caucuses" Youth for Ron Paul rally at Iowa State University's Memorial Union in Ames. 
On December 9 he did
a town hall meeting at Webster City Fire Station; a town hall meeting at Mason City High School; an in-studio interview at KIMT-TV (CBS-3) in Mason City; a town hall meeting at Waverly Public Library in Waverly; and a "Countdown to the Caucuses" Youth for Ron Paul rally at University of Northern Iowa's Slife Ballroom in Cedar Falls.
On December 10 he held a town hall meeting at Fisher Community Center in Marshalltown
; and participated in the ABC News/Republican Party of Iowa Debate at Drake University.

>Rep. Ron Paul is visiting Iowa on November 18-19, 2011.  On November 18 he did a live in-studio interview with Jan Mickelson at WHO in Des Moines; held a "Restore America Now" meeting at the Pizza Ranch in Vinton; held a "Restore America Now" meeting at the Lawrence Community Center in Anamosa; and held a "Restore America Now" meeting at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center in Cedar Rapids.  On November 19 he spoke at a Warren Co. GOP breakfast fundraiser at Indianola Christian Union Church in Indianola; did an ed. board meeting at the Des Moines Register in downtown Des Moines; participated in the The FAMiLY LEADER Thanksgiving Family Forum in Des Moines; and attended Gov. Branstad's 65th birthday party at Adventureland Park in Altoona.

>Rep. Ron Paul visited Iowa on November 4, 2011.  He appeared live in-studio with Jan Mickelson at WHO in Des Moines; held an employee town hall meeting at Nationwide/Allied Insurance in Des Moines; appeared live on KCCI (CBS) in Des Moines; and spoke at the Republican Party of Iowa's Reagan Dinner fundraiser at Hy-Vee Hall in Des Moines.

>Rep. Ron Paul visited Iowa on November 1, 2011.  He spoke at the NAM forum in Pella; did a meet and greet at the Smokey Row Coffee House in Oskaloosa; and held a town hall meeting at Bridge View Center in Ottumwa.

>Rep. Ron Paul visited Iowa on October 29, 2011.  In the morning he spoke at the National Federation of Republican Assemblies Conference at the Polk County Convention Center in Des Moines; and he held a town hall meeting at the Santa Maria Event Center in Carroll.

Ron Paul visited Iowa on October 21-22, 2011.  On October 21 he did a live in-studio interview with Jan Mickelson at WHO Radio in Des Moines; a plant tour and meeting with American Wind Energy Association at TPI Composites in Newton; a town hall meeting at Figge Art Museum in Davenport; a town hall meeting at the Pzazz Convention and Event Center in Burlington; and a speech celebrating homecoming with Youth for Ron Paul at University of Iowa's Memorial Union in Iowa City.  On October 22 he held a town hall at Embassy Suites on the River in Des Moines; and  participated in the Iowa Faith and Freedom Coalition Presidential Candidate Forum at the Fairgrounds in Des Moines.

>Rep. Ron Paul is scheduled to visit Iowa on October 10, 2011.  He plans to do a plant tour and meeting with American Wind Energy Association at TPI Composites in Newton; hold a town hall meeting at Figge Art Museum in Davenport; and hold a town hall meeting at the Port of Burlington, North Bay in Burlington.

AUGUST

é in Winterset; signed copies of his book Liberty Defined at Barnes and Noble in West Des Moines; appear in studio at Iowa Public Radio in Des Moines; spoke at the Iowa Corn Growers annual meeting and policy conference at the Sheraton Hotel in West Des Moines; and spoke at the Polk County Republican Summer Picnic at Jalapeno's Pete's at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines.

>Rep. Ron Paul visited Iowa on August 9-13, 2011, including five stops where his son Sen. Rand Paul introduced him. 

On the evening of August 9 he spoke and did meet and greet at the town square, Central Park in Fairfield. 
On August 10 he did speeches/meet and greets featuring Sen. Rand Paul at Prime 'n Wine in Mason City; at Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center in Waterloo; at Clarion Hotel and Convention Center in Cedar Rapids; and at the Des Moines Marriott Downtown in Des Moines. 
On August 11 he did a speech/meet and greet featuring Sen. Rand Paul at Hilton Garden Inn in Ames;
and participated in
the Republican Party of Iowa/FOX News/Washington Examiner Debate in Ames.
On August 12 he visited the Iowa State Fair including an interview with Jan Mickelson in the WHO Crystal Studio and an appearance at the Des Moines Register "Soapbox;" spoke to the National Foundation for Women Legislators at the Des Moines Marriott Downtown; and returned to the Fair for meet and greet at the Republican Party of Iowa booth.
On August 13 he appeared at the PURSE PAC breakfast at the Gateway Hotel in Ames; and participated in the Iowa Straw Poll in Ames, finishing a very close second.

>Visiting Des Moines, Iowa on March 23, 2011, Rep. Ron Paul spoke at the Network of Iowa Christian Home Educators (NICHE)'s 4th annual home school day at the State Capitol; and met Gov. Terry Branstad in the Governor's formal office at the Capitol.

Ron Paul participated in The FAMiLY LEADER's Presidential Lecture Series on March 7, 2011, doing a roundtable of community leaders and a short public lecture at three two stops in Iowa: (Dordt College in Sioux Center canceled due to weather), Pella Christian High School in Pella, and the University of Iowa in Iowa City.

Ron Paul campaigned in Iowa on October 28-29, 2010.  On the evening of October 28 he appeared at an event in support of state legislative candidates Kent Sorenson (SD 37), Glen Massie (HD 74) and Kim Pearson (HD 42) at the Airport Holiday Inn in Des Moines.  On October 29 he appeared at an event in support of state legislative candidates Tim Gartin (SD 23) and Chad Steenhoek (HD 46) at Iowa State University Memorial Union in Ames; delivered a speech in the Gerdin Business building auditorium at ISU; appeared at an event in support of candidate James Mills (SD 7) at the Rose Bowl in Mason City; and in the evening spoke at a rally hosted by the Iowa Campaign for Liberty and the UI chapter of Young Americans for Liberty at the University of Iowa Memorial Union in Iowa City.

Republican Party of Iowa "Celebrating Our Constitution" fundraising reception/dinner, in advance of the state party's convention, at Hy-Vee Hall in Des Moines, Iowa on June 25, 2010.
