Keep in mind that websites are only one facet of a robust digital presence.  The organization L2 ("a think tank for digital innovation") has developed the notion of digital competence as quantified by a Digital IQ Index® which includes the web site (40%), digital marketing (30%), social media (20%) and mobile (10%).
Into the first part of 2011 Sarah Palin's communications were done through her Facebook page; the PAC page is little more than a placeholder.  On April 18, 2011 Sarah PAC introduced a revamped website:
