Welcome to Draft Rick Santorum for President in 2012 website!

Following the 2010 election, my attention immediately turned to 2012. Taking back the House of Representatives was not enough. It’s time to take back this country by putting an end to Barack Obama’s radical agenda. In order to do this, we need to elect a strong fiscal and social conservative who can unify all factions of the party, including the Tea Party. After considering all of the candidates, I believe Rick Santorum is that candidate.

However, it is not enough to decide which candidate you prefer. You need to take action! At DraftRickSantorum.com, we urge you to help promote a Rick Santorum candidacy for President. In today’s digital age, it is easier than ever before. Join Rick’s Facebook page. Follow him on Twitter. Subscribe to his YouTube channel. Join his email list.

Learn about his vision for America and help spread the word.

...
At DraftRickSantorum.com, our goal is to build an online community that will actively promote a Rick Santorum presidential run. We need your help! We are looking for state coordinators who will volunteer their time to help identify supporters and spread this message in their state. Do you have time to contribute to blogs (RedState, this one), and tweet for Rick? We will take whatever time you are willing to give. This is a grassroots movement driven by citizens like you.

College Student Launches DraftRickSantorum.com

Provo, Utah – January 18, 2010 – BYU student Tom Schultz launched a website this weekend, DraftRickSantorum.com, to help identify and mobilize supporters and volunteers in the early caucus and primary states who support former Senator Rick Santorum.

Schultz recently made headlines when he created a website to try and influence the election to replace Michael Steele as Chairman of the Republican National Committee. Schultz also recently worked for his brother, Iowa Secretary of State Matt Schultz, on his campaign.

Tom Schultz wants to show that young voters want to be a part of the political process in the upcoming presidential election. “I want to prove that young voters can make a difference. I want to support a real fiscal and social conservative for President, and I think Rick Santorum is the candidate we need to take on Barack Obama and the liberals in this country,” said Schultz.

Former Senator Rick Santorum has recently considered running for President and Schultz hopes this website will help encourage him to seek the Republican nomination for the presidency.

>This was a modest three-month endeavor; after Santorum announced his testing the waters committee, draftricksantorum.com directed people to that site.
