WRLC to Hold Women's Tea with Ann Romney 
 

LAS VEGAS - The Western Republican Leadership Conference (WRLC) today announced that Ann Romney along with President of the National Federation of Republican Women Sue Lynch, Nevada Senator Barbara Cegavske, and Nevada GOP Chairwoman Amy Tarkanian will participate in a discussion at the conference's Women's Tea. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 19 at the Venetian Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

"Ann Romney is excited to join her fellow conservative women at the WRLC in Las Vegas," said Gail Gitcho, a Romney spokesperson. "The Women's Tea will be the ideal place to speak with the women of the Republican party who are passionate about and dedicated to a GOP victory in 2012."

The WRLC will kick off on October 18 with a GOP presidential debate hosted by CNN. The political conference will immediately follow and conclude with a Reagan Centennial Dinner. The Women's Tea will be a discussion focusing on the issues that matter most to conservative women in the upcoming election cycle.

Gov. Rick Perry to Speak at the Western Republican Leadership Conference 
 
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – The Western Republican Leadership Conference (WRLC) today announced Texas Governor and 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Rick Perry will speak to conference attendees. The WRLC will take place on October 18-21 at the Venetian Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

“Governor Perry is looking forward to joining his fellow conservative leaders in Las Vegas this October,” said Perry spokesman Ray Sullivan. “The WRLC audience is crucial to a Republican victory in 2012, to get America working again, and to reducing the role of Washington in the lives of everyday Americans.”

Herman Cain to Speak at the Western Republican Leadership Conference

Western Republican Leadership Conference to Host GOP Presidential Debate
 
Conference announces former Nevada Congressman Jon Porter to serve as Chairman
 
LAS VEGAS, NV - Today, the Western Republican Leadership Conference (WRLC) announced that CNN has been designated as the official host and broadcaster for a Republican Presidential Debate that will be held in conjunction with the WRLC’s conference on October 18, 2011. The debate will be held at the Venetian Resort Hotel in Las Vegas. The conference also announced that former Congressman Jon Porter will serve as Chairman.
 
"Republicans in Western States will play an important role in determining the next Republican nominee for president," said former Nevada Rep. Jon Porter, Chairman of the Western Republican Leadership Conference. "On behalf of the Western Republican Leadership Conference, I am excited to be working with CNN on this important debate. I look forward to hosting our 2012 presidential candidates, and showcasing their ideas on Western and national issues."
 
The four-day conference that will feature Republican candidates, operatives, leaders and elected officials from around the Western Region and the nation, also announced today that Jack St. Martin will serve as Executive Director.
