On January 11 he did a meet and greet at YesterYears restaurant in Ridgeway; and held a "Faith, Family and Freedom" town hall rally at Historic Springdale House & Gardens in Columbia. 
On January 12 he held a "Faith, Family and Freedom" town hall at Magnolia Hall in Sun City; held a campaign rally at the Westin Hilton Head in Hilton Head; held a
"Faith, Family and Freedom" town hall at the Beaufort Yacht & Sailing Club in Beaufort; and held a "Faith, Family and Freedom" town hall (Mount Pleasant 9.12 Project meeting) at The Daniel Island School Multi-Purpose Room in Charleston.
On January 13 he held a "Faith, Family and Freedom" town hall at The Magnolia Room at Laurel Creek in Rock Hill; meet and greet with patrons at Popes at the White House in York; did an event at the Cook Out restaurant (1513 West Floyd Baker Boulevard) in Gaffney; and spoke at the Spartanburg GOP Bronze Elephant Dinner at Byrnes High School in Duncan.

On January 19 he visited Boeing's plant in North Charleston (closed press); held a Values Voter rally with special guest Tony Perkins at Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park (base of the Ravenal Bridge)
in Charleston; addressed the Southern Republican Leadership Conference at the College of Charleston in Charleston; and participated in the CNN/SRLC debate at the North Charleston Coliseum in North Charleston.

On November 11 he hosted a lunch for members of the Fairfield County Republican Party at YesterYears Restaurant in Ridgeway; hosted a "Faith, Family & Freedom" town hall at the Pynor Community Center in Florence; hosted an ice cream reception with Florence County GOP leaders at Chairman Bill Pickles' home in Florence; and attended a "Barbeque in the Barn" fundraiser for his campaign hosted by former Gov. David Beasley and his wife Mary in Society Hill.  On November 12 he formally opened the Santorum South Carolina headquarters at 311 Johnnie Dodd's Boulevard, Suite 141 in Mt. Pleasant; participated in a town hall with Rep. Tim Scott at Miller Country Club in Summerville, folllowed by a stop at Aura Lee's followed by lunch at Montreux's; hosted a pre-debate reception at Wade's Family Restaurant (Pinewood Shopping Center) in Spartanburg; and participated in the CBS/National Journal foreign policy debate in Spartanburg.

OCTOBER

>Former Sen Rick Santorum visited SC on October 25-26, 2011.  On October 25 he was the special guest at a fundraiser to benefit the Spartanburg Republicans at the Spice of Life in Spartanburg; was the featured speaker at the Greenville First Monday Club at the Poinsett Club in Greenville; and attended a private fundraiser at Jerry Dempsey's home in Greenville.
  On October 26 he had breakfast with supporters at Mimi's Cafe in Greenville.

Mill/Indian Land. 
On September 14 he held a town hall lunch with residents of the Sun City community at the Hidden Cypress Golf Club & Activity Center in Bluffton; toured Palmetto Electric Coop in Hardeeville; toured the Clinic of the Low Country in Hilton Head; and attended a private fundraiser in Hilton Head.
On September 15 he was the featured guest at a fundraiser to benefit the SCGOP at the Poinsett Club in Greenville.

Rick Santorum visited SC on September 3-5, 2011.  On September 3 he was the featured speaker at the Berkeley Country Republican Party Breakfast Club at American Legion Post 166 in Goose Creek; had lunch with supporters and activists at Aunt Chilada's in Hilton Head; met with supporters and activists at the Golden Corral in Bluffton; and attended a football game at The Citadel in Charleston.  On September 4 he had no public events but attended services at East Cooper Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant.  On September 5 he participated in the Chapin Labor Day Parade in Chapin, then hosted a meet-and-greet at Laurie Grooms Allstate Insurance Agency in Chapin; visited the Simpsonville Labor Day Festival in downtown Simpsonville despite rain and including stop at the Ice Cream Station; and did a town hall/rally with supporters at Chief's Wings and Firewater in Greenville.

Rick Santorum visited SC on August 25-26, 2011, making "many campaign stops throughout the Palmetto State for meetings with pastors, religious leaders, local political leaders and business people and will attend fundraisers, speeches and participate in meet-and-greets."  The announced events were: keynote speaker at the Clover-Lake Wylie Republican Women's Club and York Country Republican Party dinner at River Hills Country Club in Lake Wylie on August 25On August 26 he did a breakfast meet and greet at Tommy's Ham House in Greenville, followed by a media availability; and in the afternoon did meet and greet patrons and a media availability at the Beacon Drive-In restaurant in Spartanburg.

JULY

>Former Sen. Rick Santorum visited SC on July 12-13, 2011.  On the evening of July 12 he spoke at a fundraiser for the Horry County Republican Party at the Sidewheeler Restaurant in Conway.  On July 13 he was the featured guest at the Myrtle Beach Republican Women's Club breakfast at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club in Myrtle Beach; held a media availability on the Palmetto Family Council's challenge to presidential candidates at Homes for Life in Spartanburg; and hosted a town hall meet and greet at Winthrop University in Rock Hill.

Rick Santorum visited SC on June 24-25, 2011.  On June 24 he held private meetings with supporters in the Midlands.  On June 25 he held a press availability and toured Ace Glass Company in Columbia; during the press availability he introduced members of his national and South Carolina leadership team.

Rick Santorum visited SC on May 4-7, 2011.  On May 4 he had a private dinner with Lisa Van Riper, president of South Carolina Citizens for Life, at her home in Greenville.  On May 5 he attended a meet and greet breakfast at Tommy's Country Ham House in Greenville; (also note Karen Santorum delivered remarks at the "First in the South Presidential Primary Debate Lunch" hosted by the South Carolina Federation of Republican Women at The Poinsett Club in Greenville); and participated in the debate at Peace Center.  On May 6 he guest hosted Bill Bennett's Morning in America radio program from Greenville; hosted a town hall luncheon at Bowery West Side Restaurant in Aiken; and spoke at the South Carolina Republican Party's 44th Annual Silver Elephant Banquet at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center in Columbia.  On the morning of May 7 did meet and greet with attendees at the South Carolina Republican convention at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center in Columbia.

APRIL
>Former Sen. Rick Santorum visited SC on April 9, 2011; he spoke at the Greenville County GOP Convention at Carolina First Center in Greenville; and the Spartanburg County GOP Convention at the Dorman High School gymnasium in Roebuck.  [Gingrich and Barbour also spoke
at the Greenville convention; Santorum won the Greenville straw poll with 31 percent of 431 votes cast].

Rick Santorum visited SC on April 1-2, 2011.  On April 1 in Greenville he met with students at Bob Jones University; and met with College Republicans in the University Center at Furman University.  On the morning of April 2 he was the keynote speaker and did meet and greet with attendees at the Horry County GOP Convention at Carolina Forrest High School cafeteria in Conway.

>Former Sen. Rick Santorum visited SC on February 2, 2011.  He spoke at a Myrtle Beach Tea Party
