The PPL is a non-partisan grassroots initiative to promote healthy, productive public discourse by providing work space and resources for bloggers and online media in Charlotte during the DNC.

Space

The PPL is located at Packard Place, a startup incubator in uptown Charlotte. We have over 20,000 sq. ft. of coworking and event space, just a few blocks from the DNC’s two primary convention venues: Bank of America Stadium and Time Warner Cable Arena. We’ll have amenities such as:

Events

A curated series of press conferences, round-table discussions, special guests, and educational sessions will be available to guests of The PPL during the day, helping to connect the independent media community with civic leaders and foster open dialogue.

At night, the PPL’s parties, shows, and performances will showcase local talent and provide opportunities for fun and networking
