CWA Announces She Votes 2012 Bus Tour to Roll through North Carolina, Virginia, Montana, and North Dakota
Nance: "There's no better way to energize
voters than to get out there face-to-face and reaffirm our conservative
values."
Washington D.C. - Concerned Women for America President and CEO Penny Nance announced today the roll out of their four-state She Votes 2012 bus tour as part of a million--dollar nationwide project to get out the vote in the November general election. The bus tour will run from Monday, Aug. 6 - Friday, Aug. 17, making 24 stops in North Carolina, Virginia, Montana, and North Dakota.
"There's
no better way to energize voters and turn them out to vote than get out
there face-to-face and reaffirm our conservative values," Nance said.
"Statistics show that only half of the 60 million evangelical and
Catholic Christian women will turn out to vote, and it's our goal to
change that in order to have stronger conservative leadership on the
state and national level."
The tour will make the followings stops: (location details to follow)
