WASHINGTON, D.C. – The YG Network and ‘Woman Up!’ today announced plans to host a Women’s Pavilion in Tampa the week of the Republican National Convention from August 27 through August 30. The YG Network, is a 501(c)(4) dedicated to supporting conservative, center-right policies and the efforts of policymakers who fight for those policies. The Woman Up! effort was launched earlier this year to research, communicate and prioritize the issues most important to women.
The Woman Up! Pavilion, will be located just one block from the Tampa Bay Times Forum and will provide a comfortable, practical meeting space for social, political and business networking. The Pavilion will also be hosting substantive panel discussions throughout the week with an impressive range of speakers including high-profile elected officials, business leaders, and rising stars. A list of the panel discussions and panelists will be released over the next two weeks.
“We are very pleased to be hosting the first of its kind Woman Pavilion with a focus on substantive issues such as health care, defense and business that are critical to women and, indeed, all Americans,” said Mary Anne Carter, executive director of the YG Network women initiative. “It’s important that conservatives take a fresh approach, discuss the issues most important to women of all ages, and offer solutions to them.”
In addition to the panels, the Pavilion will have multiple areas for
