Notes: There has been scant super PAC activity supporting Gingrich, so every bit of promotion, even for this 2009 documentary, may help.  Politico's Burns and Haberman reported the buy at $250,000 "in the Des Moines and Cedar Rapids markets, as well as on Fox News."
