Take away their bikes and they'll still find a way to get where they're going.

But if you take away early childhood education, slash K-12 funding and cut college aid for middle class families they won't go far.

Yet that's exactly what Mitt Romney wants to do to pay for a $250,000 tax break for multi-millionaires.

WASHINGTON, D.C.— Priorities USA Action today released a new television ad focusing on the devastating impact Mitt Romney's plan would have on students and middle class families investing in their children’s futures.

The ad highlights Mitt Romney’s extreme plan to cut early childhood education, slash K-12 funding and cut college aid for students—all to pay for a $250,000 tax cut for multi-millionaires like Romney.

“Stick” will run on television and online in the battleground states of Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin as part of Priorities USA Action’s $30 million campaign – focusing attention on the many ways the Romney-Ryan policy proposals would hurt middle class families and undermine America economically,

“Mitt Romney believes that tax breaks for the wealthy are a bigger priority than investing in our children’s future,” said Bill Burton, senior strategist for Priorities USA Action. “But Americans reject Mitt Romney's vision that says the middle class should bear more of the tax burden so multimillionaires can enjoy another tax cut.”
