:30 ad first run in July 2012; run again starting late Oct. 2012

[Music] Male Announcer: President Obama came to the White House with big plans.

He'd halve the deficit, strengthen the economy, lower unemployment.

What did we get?

National debt over $15 trillion and climbing.

Unemployment above 8-percent for 40 straight months.

An ongoing economic crisis with no end in sight.

He tried.  You tried.  It's okay to make a change.

WASHINGTON – The Republican National Committee independent expenditure started airing the TV ad “It’s OK” in the battleground state of Wisconsin this week. After failing to live up to his ‘hope and change’ four years ago, voters are realizing it’s ok to make a change.

“Four years after voting for ‘hope and change,’ the American people are wondering what happened to the hope and they are looking for change,” said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus. “Candidate Obama made a lot of promises to cut the deficit in half, strengthen the economy, and lower unemployment, but, four years later, the American people are realizing that President Obama couldn’t fulfill his promises. Middle class families are looking at Governor Romney and noticing that he has a strong track record of making promises and keeping promises. He’s turned around tough situations before and he’s ready to fix the American economy. After four years of President Obama, it’s ok to make a change.”

WASHINGTON – The Republican National Committee independent expenditure started airing the TV ad “It’s OK” in the battleground state of Pennsylvania this week. The ad buy is $3 million. After failing to live up to his promises of ‘hope and change,’ voters are realizing it’s ok to make a change.

“In 2008 Barack Obama solidly won Pennsylvania. Four years later the Keystone State is realizing it’s ok to make a change,” said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus. “Middle class families know they simply cannot afford four more years of sixteen trillion in national debt and continually high unemployment. This country is ready for someone who will bring real change to Washington. In five days, we will elect Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan who will put this country back on track.”
