There were still some minutes to go before the caucuses started, but at this point Sue Berfield was the only person to show up at precinct 3715.  Berfield said she had gone back and forth between Romney and Gingrich, but decided that Gingrich would have more ability to defeat Obama.  In response to criticisms that Gingrich is an insider, Berfield asked, "Don't you have to know how something works before you take it apart?"
