    OTR stops, greets students lined up at Hackett Elementary School, and then crosses the street to the West Side Family Restaurant, where he greets diners and has a cheesburger, in Beloit, WI.

    OTR at Red Mug Bake Shop, buys some baked goods then has some coffee in the connected coffee house, in Superior.
