State Director  Appollos Baker

(June 2012)  Program manager at Sydney Lei & Associates, Feb. 2011-March 2012.  Mississippi field director for the DCCC, 2010.  Program director and earlier assistant program coordinator at the Leon Sullivan Trust, 2007-09.  Project director and field coordinator at the American Cities Foundation, 2005-07.  In 2003-04 served as assistant director of canvassing on John Street's campaign and also worked for America Coming together.  Senior district executive at Boy Scouts of America in Delaware County (suburb of Philadelphia), 1998-2003.  Experience on more than a dozen campaigns since 1996.  B.A. in political science from Florida Memorial College, 1998.

Chairman  John D. Daniello

(elected in 2005 and re-elected in 2009)  Daniello has served as Cabinet Secretary for the Department of Community Affairs and Economic Development, executive director of the Mechanical Contractors Association, and as a management consultant for a large non-profit community center.  State director for the U.S. Department of Agriculture in the early 1980s.  Worked at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Delaware, 1967-73.  Served as a legislative official for New Castle County.  Started his career at the Delaware Department of Labor, Daniello served as executive secretary of the State Industrial Accident BoardBachelor’s in political science from the University of Delaware, 1956.

Executive Director  Joe Aronson

(May 2011)  Executive director of the North Dakota Democratic-NPL Party, Aug. 2009-May 2011.  Field director at the Minnesota DFL, 2008-09.  Legislative assistance at the Minnesota House of Representatives, 2007-08.  Worked for the DFL House Caucus as a research and field organizer in 2004 and 2006.  B.A. in political science from St. John's University, 2006.
