State Director  Judith Heilman

(May 2012; started as a neighborhood team leader in Bozeman in Oct. 2011)  Executive assistant to the president at Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply, Aug. 2005-April 2012.  Heilman and her husband moved to Montana in 2005.  Previously she worked for ten years of arranging custom travel and leading international tour groups.  Started in law enforcement in 1974 and retired as a detective sergeant.  Bachelor's degree from San Jose State University.  San Francisco native.

Chairman  Jim Elliott

(2009)  Elected to the Montana Senate in 2000 and served until 2008 when term-limited out; elected to the Montana House of Representatives in 1988 and served until 1997.  Practices sustainable yield timber harvest on his ranch; moved to Montana in 1974 and did ranching and farming.  Degree in behavioral physiology from San Francisco State College in 1969.  Pennsylvania native.

Executive Director  Ted Dick

(Dec. 2010)  Came to the party from position as political director of Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Health Care Northwest-Montana.  Headed the Montana Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee in 2004.  Bachelor's degree in political science and history from Central Washington University.  Iowa native.
