Deputy campaign manager on the Gephardt campaign starting April 2003.  Chief of staff for Gore 2000.  In early 1998 Hancox worked on Lewinsky damage control at the DNC.  From March 1995-Jan. 1997 she served as deputy political director at the White House under Doug Sosnik; she started in the Clinton administration in January 1993 in the Office of Legislative Affairs.
