Ron Paul Endorsed by Colorado Republican Liberty Caucus Chair
RLC Chairman Earl Bandy cites Dr. Paul’s fiscal policy bona fides as reason for pivotal endorsement

DENVER, Colorado – 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul was endorsed today by Earl Bandy, Chair of the Colorado Republican Liberty Caucus.

In making his endorsement Mr. Bandy said, “I have trillions of reasons to support Dr. Ron Paul for President.  Trillions of dollars, that is.  The amount the Treasury will owe before the end of the next presidential term will grow by trillions if current trends continue.  The interest burden from this debt will consume an ever greater share of available revenues, putting at risk our defense budget, care for the elderly and dependents, as well as businesses and localities that have come to depend on funding from the federal government.”

Explaining the solution, Mr. Bandy continued, “Only Ron Paul has had the courage to present a budget plan with real numbers not empty rhetoric.  His economic blueprint results in the government spending less, not spending more money less quickly.  He will reduce spending by $1 trillion dollars year one and he has been transparent about where he will make those cuts.  Courage, transparency and trillions of dollars: that’s why I support Ron Paul this election.”

Earl Bandy is a Chartered Financial Analyst by trade and a father of two small children.

Ron Paul 2012 Colorado State Director Matt Holdridge welcomed the endorsement, commenting, “The Ron Paul campaign in Colorado is fortunate to have Earl Bandy on board.”

“Earl Bandy shows that he's a man who lives by the principles he advances as the Chairman of the Colorado Republican Liberty Caucus.  Mr. Bandy supports the only candidate for president with a proven record of fighting for individual rights, limited government, and free enterprise, core RLC principles,” concluded Mr. Holdridge.

Utah Republican Liberty Caucus Chair Darcy Van Orden also recently endorsed Ron Paul for the presidency.  Her comments are viewable here.

Ron Paul Colorado Team Welcomes Tim Leonard Endorsement
Evergreen-area entrepreneur, former state senate candidate also joins ‘Small Businesses for Ron Paul’ coalition praising Paul’s dedication to conservatism

DENVER, Colorado – 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul was endorsed today by Tim Leonard, an Evergreen-area entrepreneur and former Republican candidate for State Senate District 16.

In making his endorsement, Mr. Leonard stated, “Congressman Ron Paul has been an unwavering defender of constitutionally-limited government, our free enterprise economy, and our individual liberties.  While other politicians have been pushing our country off the cliff with increased entitlements, bank bailouts, and endless militarism, Ron Paul has always done his best to fight the forces of bigger government.”

Tim Leonard is a 20-year president of a commercial real estate firm and an owner of a growing retail coffee franchise.  As a function of this release, Mr. Leonard will henceforth serve on the national advisory board of the “Small Businesses for Ron Paul” nationwide coalition, and in particular its Colorado steering committee.

“The growth of our government has been astronomical in the past decade, aided by some of the other Republican Presidential candidates,” continued Mr. Leonard.  “Our Founding Fathers are rolling in their graves watching career politicians turn America’s independent spirit into a European, entitlement-heavy basket case.”

Mr. Leonard and his wife have been married for 20 years and raised their six children with an emphasis on strong work ethic in part by classical homeschool education.

“The Department of Education has been a destructive force to the free market system of education in our country:  we receive lower quality education for twice the cost with double the time spent.  Ron Paul’s commitment to eliminate this department as well as others shows his clear understanding of the problems wrought by government intervention,” concluded Mr. Leonard.

Ron Paul 2012 Colorado State Director Matt Holdridge welcomed the endorsement, commenting, "Tim Leonard is well aware of the burdens Washington puts on small business owners like himself who are the engine of any economic recovery in America.  His civic vigilance and desire to succeed despite the odds is a strong asset to the Ron Paul Colorado organization.”

“Dr. Paul is the only candidate with a real plan to cut taxes, eliminate overgrown Federal departments, and ease regulation that impedes small business growth in this state, and the nation,” added Mr. Holdridge, referring to the 12-term Congressman from Texas’s ‘Plan to Restore America.’
