| Feb. 4-6, 2010--Despite the huge
snowstorm, the DNC held its Winter Meeting at the Capital Hilton.
The standing committees met (including Rules and Bylaws pictured
below), members convened in various caucuses, and President Obama
addressed the general meeting on Saturday. |

| Feb. 5, 2010--The Rules and
Bylaws Committee, chaired by Jim Roosevelt and Alexis Herman, welcomed
new members and reviewed the work it will pursue in the coming year,
including addressing the recommendations of the Change
