2010--DNC Chairman Tim Kaine announced the party's "Vote
2010" election program, describing it as "the most sophisticated
mid-term election plan in the DNC's history." The DNC and
Organizing
for America plan to target the 15 million first-time voters who
supported Obama in 2008
and motivate them to turn out in 2010. Kaine said Democrats will
present a choice between results versus obstruction. Republicans
