Sept. 8, 2010--Former Gov. George Pataki (R-NY), chairman of Revere America, spoke about his efforts to repeal and replace the health care reform bill at an event at the National Press Club.   Pataki announced that Revere America would run TV ads in a number of congressional districts.  Revere America, a 501(c)(4), launched in April 2010 with a campaign to gather signatures of one million Americans to repeal and replace "Obamacare."  According to its website, Revere America is "dedicated to advancing common sense public policies rooted in our traditions of freedom and free markets that will once again make America secure and prosperous for generations to come."
Marianne Zuk, a Florida attorney, formerly from New York, is president of Revere America. Others on hand included Christopher Larson, managing director of the Pataki-Cahill Group, David Catalfamo of Capitol Public Strategies in Albany, Kim Minarich, who does scheduling at Revere America, and Pataki's policy advisor Jim Wooten.
