February 11, 2011--Supporters brought signs and stickers to build up for former Gov. Gary Johnson (R-NM)'s speech.  Johnson originally was not on the CPAC agenda; he did not receive as much time to speak as other potential candidates and had to give a rather rushed closing to his speech. He emphasized the need for cost-benefit analysis.  "What are we spending and what are we getting for the money that we're spending?" he asked.  [transcript] (1,2)
