February 12, 2011--Gov. Haley Barbour (R-MS) spoke on the final day of CPAC.  Barbour quoted Fred Smith, CEO of Fedex, as stating, "The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing."  "The main thing is electing a Republican President next year, Barbour said.  Barbour said that, "The average American agrees with us on policy and issues.  That is why Republican candidates last year won the votes of Independents by some twenty points.  And if the 2012 campaign is about policy, Independents will again join us in getting our country turned around and on the right track..."
