February 12, 2011--Pollster Tony Fabrizio announced the results of the Straw Poll, which was sponsored by the Washington Times this year.  The ballot [.doc] included 15 names plus "Other" and "Undecided."  The time required to count the ballots meant that the Friday afternoon cutoff occurred before some potential candidates spoke.  A record 3,742 votes were cast.  When Rep. Ron Paul was announced as the winner, near pandemonium broke out.
