Members Choose Wisconsin State Chair to Lead Party into the 2012 Elections
January 14, 2011--Saul Anuzis, the RNC committeeman from Michigan and former Michigan GOP chairman, was first to announce his candidacy and was seen as the most technologically proficient of the candidates.  He reported support of 14 members of the Committee plus his own vote heading into the voting.  Anuzis also ran for chair in 2009, finishing third.  Above, he does a radio interview with USVI committeeman Sen. Holland Redfield.  The Anuzis campaign had a football theme, including "The Anuzis Playbook," 8 oz. bags of Russell Stover chocolate footballs for RNC members, and pennant-carrying supporters outside the hall.
