Feb. 10, 2012--The Reagan Banquet featured Gov. Scott Walker (WI), who is facing a recall effort.  Walker recounted how, upon assuming office, "We took action right away."  He stated, "I wanted to show that when we said Wisconsin was open for business it was more than just a slogan or a sign or a banner, it was a way of doing business in our state, and the great thing is the results show it's working."
