Supreme Court Hears Oral Arguments in Arizona v. United States...1 of 6 >
April 25, 2012--Gov. Jan Brewer (R-AZ) speaks to reporters in front of the U.S. Supreme Court after oral arguments in Arizona v. United States, the case stemming from Arizona's controversial immigration law SB 1070.  This marks the second time in one month that the Court is considering a highly contentious issue that is certain to have an impact on the 2012 presidential campaign.
To Brewer's left is Paul D. Clement, the former Solicitor General who argued for the State of Arizona, and who has argued more than fifty cases before the Supreme Court, including, recently, against the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).
