Mary Garrett of Rexmont in
Cornwall Borough stated, "I like the way he wants to bring back the
America we used to know." Garrett, who works as a receptionist at
a law office, said of Obama, "He's a nice guy, but as a president he
was an abysmal failure."

"What a great spot to win back
America," said Rob Koehler, vice president of the Cornwall Borough
Council. Koehler pointed out the historic background of the area;
cannon balls and other iron goods were produced at the Cornwall Iron
Furnace during the revolutionary era. Koehler said of Romney, "I
think he is very qualified. He appears to have a lot of common
sense and he appears to be very business friendly." Koehler, who
had not been to a political rally before, said he was "very excited" by
the energy of the event. ,was motivated seek his borough position
when his pastor preached that Christians should give back to the
community. He runs Northside Truck Center in Lebanon.
