Staff Sergeant Serpico Dominique Elliott
is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina and currently pursuing a degree in Computer and Information Science.

SSgt Elliott began his military career in 2001 by enlisting as Computer Operator and in 2002 was assigned to Brooks City-Base, TX. While assigned to Brooks City-Base he joined the Honor Guard and performed over 400 hours of military ceremonies.

In 2008, SSgt Elliott was selected for assignment to Ramstein AB, Germany. There he worked as the NCOIC of the Communication Focal Point. While NCOIC he strived to improve technician quality and in turn decreased trouble ticket resolution times. SSgt Elliott also worked as the UNIX Team Leader to coordinate critical hardware upgrades for 5 mission essential systems.

SSgt Elliott’s awards include the Joint Service Commendation Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters, AF Good Conduct Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Air & Space Campaign Medal, NATO ISAF Medal.

SSgt Elliott and his wife Felicia reside at Ft. Meade, MD. SSgt Elliott has one son: Carter.


Specialist Delandra Sierra Rollins was born in Richmond, Virginia, and attended Dinwiddie High School in Dinwiddie Virginia. Her parents are Angela and William Hick, which still reside in Dinwiddie. She also has two brothers which are 12 and 24.

Just two days before SPC. Rollins graduated she enlisted for the United States Army as a 92A which is an Automatic Logistics Specialist. Her scheduled start date was November 8, 2010 for Basic Combat Training in Fort Jackson, South Carolina. There she was transformed formed from a civilian to an American Soldier, and learn about the Seven Core Army Values, how to work together as a team and what it takes to succeed as a Soldier in the U.S. Army. She graduated from Basic Training on February 10, 2011.

On February 11, 2011 SPC. Rollins attended AIT, Advanced Individual Training, at Fort Lee, Virginia, to learn her job and become proficient at it. She received hands-on training and field instruction to make her an expert in that specific career field. She also gained the discipline and work ethic necessary for whatever her career has to offer. She graduated from AIT on April 20, 2011 and would report to her home town recruiting station to assist before she went to her permanent duty station.

After she assisted her home town recruiting station, she was on the move to Fort Bragg, North Carolina. SPC. Rollins then became a part of the 189th CSSB, Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, in 249th Quartermaster Company. SPC. Rollins works at 3rd Group Special Forces Supply Support Activity, where she is a warehouse clerk that recognition in equipment and repair and supplies units to maintain and increase unit capabilities and unit readiness.


Master Sergeant Richard James Bolin is a native of Pontiac, Michigan and graduated from Pontiac Central High School in June of 1989.

MSgt Bolin enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman his senior year of high school and began his military career soon after graduation.  After graduating Recruit Training in December 1989 at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, CA he went to the School of Infantry West on Camp Pendleton, CA where he was trained as an Anti-Tank Assault Guided Missile Man.  He went on to train at Mari Island, CA and was then stationed at Marine Corp Security Forces Company Naval Submarine Base Bangor, WA as a Marine Security Forces Guard.

In 1992, he transferred to Third Battalion, First Marine Regiment, First Marine Division where he served as an Anti-Tank Assault Guided Missile Man and team leader. He deployed to Okinawa, Japan in support of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit and took part in Operation Team Spirit 1993 in South Korea.

Upon his return to the US, MSgt Bolin was stationed with the military police aboard Camp Pendleton before transferring to Company A, 1st Light-Armored Reconnaissance Battalion where he served as a Light-Armored Reconnaissance Vehicle Commander, Section Leader, and Platoon Sergeant. He deployed with the 11th MEU in 1995 to South West Asia and participated on several operations in support of the cease fire campaign in Kuwait.

In 1997 MSgt Bolin returned to Marine Corp Security Forces Company Naval Submarine Base Bangor, WA where he served as Section leader, Sergeant of the Guard, and Watch Officer. From 1999 to 2004, MSgt Bolin served with the 1st Marine Division Schools and the School of Infantry West as a Chief Instructor and Platoon Sergeant. 

In 2004 MSgt Bolin transferred to Third Battalion, Fifth Marine Regiment where he served as an Combined Anti-Armor Team leader and Weapons Company Operations Chief. In September 2004 he deployed to Fallujah, Iraq and participated in Operation Phantom Fury in November 2004. In 2006 MSgt Bolin deployed back to Fallujah, Iraq in support of stabilization operations.

From 2007 to 2010, MSgt Bolin served with the 1st Marine Logistics Group (MLG) on Camp Pendleton, CA       as the Training and Readiness Chief. He helped coordinate all pre-deployment training for all MLG units deploying in support of OIF and OEF. From January 2008 to February 2009 MSgt Bolin deployed with the 1st MLG Headquarters and served as the Instillation Force Protection Chief on Camp Al Taqaddum, Iraq. He was responsible overseeing the entire security posture of the base.

In 2010, MSgt Bolin transferred to Quantico, VA and was assigned to Training Command as the Operations Chief. In 2011, he was selected to serve as the Staff Secretary to the Commanding General of Training Command.

MSgt Bolin is currently serving with the JTF-NCR in the Operations Section supporting the 57th Presidential Inauguration.

MSgt Bolin’s personal awards include the Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal, the Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal with one gold star in lieu of second award, the Combat Action Ribbon, and the Good Conduct Medal with one silver star and one bronze star in lieu of seventh award.

MSgt Bolin is married to the former Lisa M Jeltema. MSgt Bolin has four children: Kayla, Jameson, Steven and Victoria.


Chief Petty Officer Rachel Washko was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, grew up in Pennsylvania, Virginia, California, and Texas, and graduated from high school in Plano, Texas.

Chief Washko began her military career in 1994 by enlisting in the United States Navy.  She attended Aerographer’s Mate “A” School and spent three and a half years at Roosevelt Roads Naval Base in Puerto Rico.

In 1997, Chief Washko returned to Texas to attend Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.  While attending college, she worked as a secretary for Texas Parks and Wildlife and a 911 operator/police dispatcher for the San Marcos Police Department.

In 1999, Chief Washko enlisted in the United States Coast Guard.  She spent a year as a boat crewman at Coast Guard Station St. Clair Shores, St. Clair Shores, Michigan, and then traveled to the Coast Guard Training Center in Petaluma, California, where she attended Telecommunications Specialist School and also met her future husband, Zackery Washko.  After that, she was stationed at Coast Guard Group Southwest Harbor, Maine from 2000 to 2003, where she worked in the search and rescue command center.

In 2003, Chief Washko changed job specialties and returned to Petaluma to train to be a Yeoman.  She was stationed at Coast Guard District Seven Legal in Miami, Florida, where she worked as a Legal Yeoman from 2003 through 2008.  In 2008, she left active duty for the Coast Guard Reserve and transferred to Coast Guard District Nine Legal in Cleveland, Ohio.  She remained in Cleveland from 2008 through 2012, where she drilled at District Nine Legal.  During this time, she also spent a year and a half on active duty supporting the Great Lakes reserve program with the District Nine Planning and Force Readiness Division.

Chief Washko reported to Coast Guard Station Atlantic City, New Jersey in July 2012 and, as the Senior Enlisted Reserve Advisor, is responsible for the reserve mobilization and administrative readiness for the unit.  She has been on active duty orders since October 2012 in support of the 2013 Presidential Inauguration, where she works for the Joint Task Force National Capital Region’s Inaugural Special Events Team.  She will return to her reserve duties with Station Atlantic City in February.

Chief Washko has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Liberal Studies from Thomas Edison State College and a Master’s of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Policy from American Military University.

Chief Washko’s awards include one CG Commendation Medal, one CG Achievement Medal, two Commandant’s Letter of Commendation Ribbons, three CG Good Conduct Medals, and one CG Reserve Good Conduct Medal.

Chief Washko is married to Chief Operations Specialist Zackery Washko, who is stationed at Coast Guard TISCOM.  They reside in Alexandria, Virginia, with their daughter, London.
