Jan. 13, 2013--JCCIC conducted a full rehearsal of the swearing in ceremony. 
Matt McGowan, a professional staff member of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, directs the proceedings.  Careful attention is paid to timing and positions.
Stephen Kerrigan, CEO of the Presidential Inaugural Committee (in khaki coat), makes his way across the platform.
JTF-NCR Deputy, Inaugural Support  Brig. Gen. James P. Scanlan, U.S. Air Force stated that the biggest enemy is the weather.
