MITT ROMNEY ANNOUNCES NEVADA STATEWIDE CO-CHAIRS
 
Boston, MA – Mitt Romney today announced his Nevada Statewide Co-Chairs, Lt. Governor Brian Krolicki and Rep. Joe Heck.
 
“I am proud to have the support of Lt. Governor Brian Krolicki and Rep. Joe Heck,” Mitt Romney said. “I look forward to working with them to spread my message of creating jobs, getting spending under control, and reversing President Obama’s failed policies.”
 
“President Obama’s policies have failed Nevada and have failed to pull the country out of the economic downturn,” Lt. Governor Brian Krolicki said. “Mitt Romney’s private sector experience and record as governor prove that he knows how to create jobs and grow the economy.”
 
Announcing his support, Rep. Joe Heck said, “Nevadans have seen the results of President Obama’s failed policies: high unemployment and record deficits. Mitt Romney has the experience to pull us out of this economic downturn. He has created jobs, balanced budgets, and cut taxes.”
 
Background On Mitt Romney’s Nevada Statewide Co-Chairs:
 
Lt. Governor Brian Krolicki Was First Elected In 2006 And Was Reelected In 2010. Before his election as Lt. Governor, Krolicki served two terms as State Treasurer. Krolicki is currently Chairman of the Nevada Commission on Economic Development and the Nevada Commission on Tourism. Both commissions serve vital roles in creating jobs and growing the Nevada economy. Krolicki is also Chairman of the National Republican Lieutenant Governors Association.
 
Rep. Joe Heck Was Elected To The U.S. House Of Representatives In 2010. Heck serves on the House Armed Services Committee, Education and the Workforce Committee, and is the only freshman serving on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. From 2004 to 2008, Heck was a Nevada State Senator representing District 5. In addition to his roles in elected office, Heck is a physician with more than twenty years of experience.
