NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE
SENATOR JIM RAUSCH ENDORSES MITT ROMNEY
Boston, MA – Mitt
Romney today announced the support of New Hampshire State Senator Jim
Rausch (R-Derry). Rausch is the third member of the New Hampshire State
Senate to endorse Mitt Romney, joining Senators Jeb Bradley
(R-Wolfeboro) and Jack Barnes (R-Raymond).
“Jim
Rausch has been a tireless advocate for the traditional New Hampshire
principles of lower taxes, limited government and less spending,” said
Mitt Romney. “I am grateful for Jim’s endorsement, and look forward to
working with him to build support for my pro-growth agenda across the
Granite State.”
Announcing
his support, Senator Rausch said, “Mitt Romney is the most qualified
candidate running for President and the only Republican who can beat
Barack Obama in 2012. As a successful businessman and a fiscally
conservative governor, Mitt has the experience needed to turn around
our economy, return fiscal sanity to Washington and create jobs. I am
proud to support his candidacy and look forward to working to ensure
that Mitt Romney is elected as our next President.”
Senator Rausch will introduce Mitt Romney at his town hall meeting
today in Derry.
