MITT ROMNEY ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL OHIO ENDORSEMENTS

Boston, MA – Mitt Romney today announced the support of additional elected officials and leaders in Ohio.

“Just a few months ago, President Obama told an Ohio television station that the economy’s ‘trajectory’ was ‘a good one,’” said Mitt Romney. “Since then, Ohio’s unemployment rate has gone up and families are facing an uncertain future. We need a leader in the White House who understands how the economy works and how we can get businesses hiring again. That is why I am running and I look forward to working with these leaders in Ohio to get our economy growing again."

Announcing his support, Congressman Jim Renacci said, “If we are going to put America’s economy back together again, we need someone in the White House who understands how the economy works. We need a president who understands that we cannot support President Obama’s liberal policies that try to tax, spend or regulate ourselves into prosperity. We need a president who knows what it takes to create jobs, balance a budget and meet a payroll. We need a president with the experience and conservative record to lead, and I’m confident the person for the job is Mitt Romney. With 25 years of experience as a conservative businessman and a record of achievement as governor, Mitt Romney is the best candidate to defeat President Obama and reverse the failures of the last three years. I am proud to endorse his candidacy for President of the United States.”
