11:00am ET: Senator Santorum will make a major announcement regarding the 2012 race for President of the United States from the Somerset County Courthouse in Somerset, PA.   This location is significant because it is near where Senator Santorum's grandfather settled in America after leaving Fascist Italy to work in the Pennsylvania coal mines until he was 72 years old.  He chose to come to America for the freedom our nation offered him.
