Huckabee told
attendees of the Value Voters Summit, "I think sometimes we may look
around and think that those of us who are conservative and particularly
who are believers may feel outnumbered, outgunned, out-financed, but I
think we need to remember that our power has never been in our
pocketbooks but in our Creator." [transcript] Huckabee is
keeping busy with his "Huckabee" show on FOX News and "Huckabee
Reports" for ABC Radio. His political
action committee -- daughter Sarah serves as executive director -- has
coordinators in
all 50 states and is supporting candidates in a dozen states. His
book A Simple Christmas: Twelve Stories That Celebrate the True Holiday
Spirit is due out Nov. 3. He has had to cut back on his
running due to plantar fasciitis. [More]
