Americans
for
Prosperity
and
Americans for Prosperity Foundation claim more than
one million activists in all 50 states. The group started in late
2003 and has grown to 31 state chapters. During the health care
debate, AFP organized a "Hands Off My Health Care" bus tour. In
March, following passage of the health care reform bill, AFP launched
its "November is Coming" campaign, and the "November is Coming" bus has
been traveling the country this summer. AFP is also behind the
"Spending Revolt National Tour." AFP and AFP Foundation have also
been running ads, prompting President Obama to single the group out by
name.

President Tim Phillips seen on the big screen.
"For the last two years, we've
seen this President and this Congress, under Nancy Pelosi and Harry
Reid. They've ignored us while pursuing a radical big government,
big spending Washington-bureaucrat-knows-best agenda. And we've
seen what they've done haven't we? They've piled on debt, they've
run up record deficits, they passed job-killing, freedom-crushing
legislation like this health care takeover. They've had they're
say. They've ignored us. They've ignored you, and they've
had their say. Well guess what? In about 64 days the
American people get their say...
