Chairman  John Sigler

(elected April 2011)  Corporate attorney.  Served for over 20 years with the City of Dover Police Department in Delaware, retiring with the rank of Captain.  A past president of the National Rifle Association of America, where he served as chairman of the NRA’s Finance Committee for 10 years.  Served four years in the United States Navy in submarines, 1967-71.  J.D. from Delaware Law School of Widener University; Masters degree in business from Central Michigan University; B.S. degree in criminal justice from Wilmington College.  Born and raised in Milford, Delaware.

(June 2012)  Director of ballot access and delegate operations at Newt2012.  President of Back Creek International, 2010-12.  Resident program officer in Malaysia and Indonesia, 2009-10.  Vice president of Chesapeake Enterprises, 1996-2008.  Executive assistant to the national campaign manager of Dole/Kemp '96.  Staff assistant at Pennsylvanians for Right to Work, 1991-93.
