Travels of President Barack Obama—October 2012

President Barack Obama  First Lady Michelle Obama  |  Vice President Joe Biden  ||  Former Gov. Mitt Romney

Highlights of the month, in between all the trips to battleground states, were the three presidential debates on Oct. 3, 16 and 22.  President Obama did his final finance event of the campaign on Oct. 11.  He began the frenetic finish to the campaign with a two-day, non-stop “America Forward!” tour on Oct. 24-25.  Hurricane Sandy forced Obama off the campaign trail for the final three days of the month as he returned to DC to "closely monitor the impact of and response to the hurricane."
