The 13.1 Marathon page needed a redesign. My design solution for the main page emphasized the fun aspect of the run by using photos of runners, bright colors, and a star pattern. A second page covered the Boston 13.1 race.

I have run the Democracy in Action site for many years, and started work on a redesign of the Political Parties section to bring it up to more professional standards. This project made clear the importance of fitting the look of the site to the audience.

I was part of the four-person team that built a new website for ParentingWell, a Boston-based group supporting parents living with mental illness. The project covered all aspects of designing a site, from assessing the goals of the client, to developing the site map, wireframes and comps, to writing the html and css, to browser testing. A major challenge was to reconfigure the content to make it more parent-friendly.
