February 11, 2011--Lew Uhler of the National Tax Limitation Committee moderated a panel on "Do We Need a Constitutional Amendment to Stop the Spending?"  Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT), Rep. Thaddeus McCotter (R-MI) and Matt Kibbe of FreedomWorks participated.  Hatch is seeking re-election in 2012 and is hoping to fend off a competitive GOP challenger.  He received boos for his support of TARP, but Uhler sprang to his defense.
